You may have noticed on your cereal or Kleenex box that there is a rectangular ticket that can be cut off. That little ticket is worth ten cents for our school. That may not sound like much, but let's do the math. Last year there were 601 students at Vista del Sur. If each student brought in only 5 Box Tops a month for 10 months of school, we would get a check for $3005! That's a lot of money for simply taking the time to cut the Box Top off and send it to school with your child. It's also over three times as much money as we earned last year through this program. The same goes for the Campbell's Labels for Education. These can be found on many items other than soup, such as Prego spaghetti sauce and Goldfish crackers. Any UPC that has the Campbell's soup kid on it or says Labels for Education is worth at least one point. So cut it off and send it in! There is a clearly labeled can in every classroom where you child can place the Box Tops and Labels. They are collected throughout the year and a contest is held each semester. The class with the most points at the end of the first semester gets a pizza party, and the end of the second semester gets a popsicle party. So enlist the help of your friends, neighbors, family, EVERYONE! It helps our school and is so easy to do. Happy Clipping! Vista del Sur PTO Box Top and Campbell's Coordinators
